What weight medicine ball should you choose?

Our medicine ball is available in 5 weights/sizes:
– 1 kg, 19.5 cm in diameter
– 2 kg, 22 cm in diameter
– 3 kg, 22 cm in diameter
– 4 kg, 24 cm in diameter
– 5 kg, 24 cm in diameter

We advise adapting the weight of your medicine ball to the muscle group you are working on. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges.

Why include a medicine ball in your strength training sessions?

This versatile ball will intensify your work in many strength training exercises.
It’s also an alternative to dumbbells for lunges and twists on the floor.

Clean and store your ball

Wipe your ball with a damp cloth after each training session. Store your medicine ball indoors, in a clean, dry place. Do not store near a heat source such as a radiator, heated floor, sunny window, lacquered surface, etc.Ideally, it should be kept in a cupboard.
