How to use the product

Changing the product weight is to be done on the ground, in a horizontal position.
All you need to do is turn the rubber tips as shown in the pictograms to lock and unlock the weights then pull on the tips to remove the weights.
The green weights weigh 1 kg each and must be removed in a symmetrical manner.
You can also use the weights by themselves if you wish.
