This training kit includes a bar, two 15kg training bands, and a carry bag so you can do a number of exercises.Our training bar kit allows you to do exercises such as bicep curls, squats, and pulls with progressive resistance rather than weights.
Using the training bar kit
A QR code on the product explains how to assemble it and provides several workouts.
Depending on the exercise, your size, and your strength, you can use the bar with all 3 segments (bar will be 135cm long) or just 2 segments (92 cm).
You can use the 15kg elastics provided in the kit or purchase others, since this bar is compatible with our elastics up to 35kg (on each side of the bar)
