Advanced magnetic resistance system: Features 16 levels of electronically controlled magnetic resistance, perfect for all fitness levels and goals (requires mains power). Choose levels 1-4 to warm up, 5-8 for cardio, 9-12 for fat burning and 13-16 for explosive workouts.
